Yesterday my husband was able to take a vacation day (what a treat!) so we headed out early as a family with my cousins (who just moved here, yay!!) to the Kula Country Farms Pumpkin Patch! The weather finally cleared up to reveal sunshine with cooler upcountry temps after a week of nonstop heavy rains. We packed tuna fish sandwiches and snack bags and I dressed up the kids in matching Halloween jammies with rainboots. (Hopefully some day they will get a kick out of this. They’re seriously so cute!)
I can’t believe that it’s been 3 years since we’ve visited the pumpkin patch! Last year at this time, I was filming in Toronto, Canada. Now I get to spend my birthday week with Ken and the kids and we’re having so much fun! (Cue the birthday countdown…)
Here are some photos of our adventures! Each child got to pick out a tiny pumpkin of their own that they’re excited to carve in the weeks to come. 🙂 And for nostalgia sake, here’s a photo from yesterday and one from our last trip in 2019. Can you spot any differences?

For my birthday, Ken bought me this dress! I got to wear it a few days early. 😉 Thanks Babe!!

What are some of your fall traditions? I’d love to hear in the comments! Happy October!!
