Happy 4th of July from Grandma and Grandpa’s cozy log cabin in Southcentral Alaska! Ken and I surprised our kids with patriotic mini pancakes this morning. Gluten-free and grain-free with tons of fresh berries and whipped cream. These little pancakes reminded me of how festive my sister-in-law is with each holiday and how much I admire her creativity over the years. Here are some photos of our festive meal.
